Trained Boy Scout Leaders provide a program based on life skills education, leadership development, citizenship, and values training that stays with the scout throughout their life. The Cub Scouts program is designed to reinforce Boy Scouting's aims of citizenship training, character development, and personal fitness with each Cub Scout.
